Kenya New legislation limits parastatals to state-owned banks

The Public Investment Committee of the Kenyan government has announced sponsored banking amendment bill 2017 which seek to restrict all government ministries and parastatals from banking and commercial banks. Prince Moloto, Africa Banking Analyst at Rand Merchant Bank give his perspective on the Kenyan banking amendment bill.
