The RMB Graduate Programme is where we offer opportunities in all Business Units of the bank in which postgraduate students are able to learn, flourish and grow. RMB sources graduates from disciplines such as Finance, Math, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Accounting, Engineering, Investments, Risk, Information Systems and Computer Science. We request that applicants are postgraduate students who have excelled academically. RMB looks to recruit approximately 20 graduates each year. The RMB Graduate Programme is for South African students only. RMB Winter School and RMB Summer School are our primary source of graduates each year.

Winter School provides Honours and Masters Students in disciplines such as Finance, Math, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Accounting, Engineering, Investments, Risk, Information Systems and Computer Science the opportunity to spend a week at the bank experiencing the world of possibilities available at RMB. Our Winter Interns are also given preference when we recruit for the graduate programme and thanks to a week of being in the bank, are well equipped for interviews and the recruitment process. All Interns are exposed to the different divisions, allowed the opportunity to network with senior management, obtain an in-depth understanding of RMB, what we do and who we are and added to this a guaranteed amount of fun.
Recruitment for the RMB Winter School begins 1st February until 31st March and applications should be emailed to email@example.com. In the email subject line please quote either “RMB Finance Winter School” or “RMB IT Winter School”. Applications should comprise a CV and all academic transcripts. Applicants will receive an automated response confirming receipt of the application and can expect feedback by 31st May 2017. Interviews for Winter School take place on the various campuses in March, April and May of each year.

RMB invites young ladies in their third year of study to apply for a place in our annual Summer School which takes place during the first week of December of each year. RMB sources graduates from disciplines such as Finance, Math, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Accounting, Engineering, Investments, Risk, Information Systems and Computer Science. Summer Interns spend a week at RMB where we share more about the Corporate Investment Banking environment and the opportunities within Corporate Investment Banking.
