Every year RMB embarks on a search for the next generation of Solutionist Thinkers by putting graduates’ cognitive abilities to the test. Successful candidates enroll on the exclusive RMB Graduate Programme for a year to learn all there is to know about Corporate and Investment Banking and to hone their Solutionist Thinking skills.
Postgraduate students who have excelled academically in: Finance, Math, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Accounting, Engineering, Investments, Risk, Information Systems or Computer Sciences. Please note that the RMB Graduate Programme is open to South African students only. RMB is always on the lookout for bright minds to grow out transactor, credit analyst and accountant talent pipeline. The RMB COUNT CA Experience is a one-day development initiative to showcase career opportunities to recently qualified Chartered Accountants.
The COUNT CA Experience is also for the first time open to Chartered Accountants (CA, ACCA or CPA), who originate from Nigeria, Namibia and Botswana.
The RMB Winter School offers third-year, Honours and Masters Students in financial and information technology disciplines the opportunity to spend a week at RMB to explore career possibilities available in the bank.
Interviews for the RMB Winter School take place on the various campuses throughout the country in March, April and May of each year.

One of the RMB founders, Paul Harris started the Programme to introduce mavericks and lateral thinkers to the world of investment banking albeit professionals without a specific background in finance. These recruits range from medical doctors to engineers and are placed on a two-year rotation programme to learn more about RMB and vice versa.
