- There is no substitute for humbleness and honesty to get the most from your colleagues
- The power of incentives and the need to design and communicate these appropriately across an organisation – and I don’t mean just financial incentives
- It may sound obvious, but trust is earned at RMB, don’t make assumptions
- You can never be too generous in sharing your blessings
- Exercise and fitness is not just for “those people”, it applies to you as well
- Overcoming your fears (especially on those ski slopes)
- Live a little
- This life is not a dress rehearsal
- You will make mistakes, learn from them
- Don’t repeat your mistakes
