She has over 20 years’ experience in Human Capital across industries, including retail, legal, insurance, banking and technology. She is passionate about enabling people to unleash their talent in order to move an organisation forward. She believes that one’s identity, passion and purpose is intertwined and that leveraging this in a mutually beneficial way can be hugely rewarding to RMB.
About her role: Sungeetha is responsible for ensuring that RMB adopts leading-edge people practices that seamlessly enable the business strategy and unlock exceptional client outcomes. Ultimately, this means implementing an innovative and integrated people strategy that positions RMB to attract and retain exceptional people that are deeply invested in the business.
