Dr Rutendo is the CEO, Chief Advisor and Founder of Tribe Africa Advisory (TAA), a boutique business development advisory firm dedicated to helping private and public sector organisations strengthen their capabilities to successfully conduct business across the African continent.  

Drawing on more than 20 years of executive leadership experience, Dr Rutendo has led strategic business development initiatives across more than 20 African countries, equipping organisations with the insight, strategy, and partnerships needed to navigate Africa’s dynamic and diverse business landscape. Through Tribe Africa Advisory, he also leverages an extensive network of strategic partners and associates who bring deep expertise and proven success in navigating the complexities of doing business in Africa.  

In addition to his advisory work, Dr Rutendo is an internationally recognised keynote speaker and published author. He is a respected thought leader and a regular contributor to local and international media, sharing insights on African business strategy, leadership, and market development.
