BIOGRAPHY

Ian Norden is CEO and Executive Director of Intengo, a digital fintech ecosystem for fixed income markets. He has two decades of experience across financial markets in South Africa and the United Kingdom, spanning investment banking, structured finance, and financial technology. 

Ian has shifted from investment banking to founding and scaling technology platforms aimed at improving transparency, efficiency, and access in fixed income markets. He joined Intengo in mid 2022 and leads the business’s strategy to modernise how debt is priced, administered, analysed, and traded through technology driven market solutions. >

He holds a BSc (Hons) in Actuarial Science from the University of Cape Town, is a qualified actuary with the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (UK) and the Actuarial Society of South Africa and holds a Master’s degree in Finance from INSEAD.
