Lizelle is the Head of Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) at RMB. She brings over two decades’ specialised transaction-led experience and leadership to the bank. She is passionate about creating environments in which people can thrive. Her focus is to develop value propositions that improves clients’ day-to-day banking operations and cash conversion cycles.
Apart from being an RMB Executive Committee member, Lizelle is also responsible for talent management and transformation at TTS which is further enhanced by her passion for change leadership. This has subsequently led her to become an accredited coach.
Prior to joining RMB, she was the Head of Transaction Services for Citibank where she was responsible for leading the development, management and execution of the corporate transactional business in South Africa.
Lizelle is a graduate of the Inter Alpha Banking Programme from INSEAD where she forms part of the Developing Leaders in Global Banking Alumni. She is a CA (SA) and graduated from Stellenbosch University with a BCom Honours degree in Management Accounting (cum laude).

Lizelle is a small-town girl from a farm in the Western Cape who has been loving the fast-paced life in Johannesburg for the past 25 years. She is married with a daughter. She is inspired by stories of how the human spirit can thrive against all odds.
