BIOGRAPHY
Helen has over 16 years financial services experience in Africa and in the UK. Helen joined RMB in 2021 as Co-Head of Loan Syndication and now heads up the Loan Capital Markets Solution which encompasses the Loan Syndications, Insurance & Export Credit Agency, structured sales and Facility Agency functions. She leads teams across Johannesburg, Cape Town and London. Prior to RMB she worked for General Electric where she was Managing Director of GE’s Healthcare Financial Services business in Africa and also worked across GE’s industrial businesses in Power, Oil & Gas and Transportation assisting them with fund raising for their customers. Before GE, Helen worked in investment banking for 9 years where she successfully underwrote and syndicated deals across sovereigns, healthcare, oil and gas, mining and metals, telecoms and FMCG.
Helen has a Bachelor of Business Science (Honours) Degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategy and Innovation from the University of Oxford.
