Ten things I learnt while on the Class Of programme

• There is no substitute for humbleness and honesty to get the most from your colleagues
• The power of incentives and the need to design and communicate these appropriately across an organisation – and I don’t mean just financial incentives
• It may sound obvious, but trust is earned at RMB, don’t make assumptions
• You can never be too generous in sharing your blessings
• Exercise and fitness is not just for “those people”, it applies to you as well
• Overcoming your fears (especially on those ski slopes)
• Live a little
• This life is not a dress rehearsal
• You will make mistakes, learn from them
• Don’t repeat your mistakes
