Storme is a problem solver who is energised by finding ways to make things work. This makes her the perfect fit as RMB’s Chief Operations Officer.
Storme is a qualified CA(SA) with additional qualifications in stockbroking and cash management.
She joined RMB in 2013 after spending six years at Standard Bank in the Global Markets division. Since joining RMB, Storme has spent considerable time across Corporate Banking and the Enablement (Human Capital, Marketing, Credit, Risk and Finance) portfolios. She started out as a product controller and then ventured into a CFO role before taking on the task to establish and consolidate the operations and technology capabilities of RMB’s Enablement functions.
Storme is an avid learner and is always eager to take on a new challenge. This is evident in her pursuits of a new field of study: engineering. In her spare time she enjoys shooting clays, training dogs, attempting to code and spending time with her family.
