Nomzabalazo "Nomza" is RMB’s Chief People Officer (CPO). She leads the development of a world-class people function that promotes diversity, equity and inclusion. With over 15 years’ experience in human capital, Nomza has been instrumental in driving employee engagement and innovation.

Nomza began her journey at RMB as the Divisional Head of Human Capital of Investment Banking. In 2020 she transitioned to oversee the Banking Division, where she managed human capital for various key areas, including: Corporate and Sponsor Client Groups, Corporate Transactional Banking, and the Banking Division Enablement areas. Her leadership and strategic initiatives have made a significant impact on RMB's human capital function and executive committee.

Nomza holds a BSc (Hons) in Industrial Psychology from Wits, a Postgraduate Diploma in General Management, and an MBA from GIBS. Her commitment to fostering a high-performance culture and empowering employees to achieve their best, continues to drive RMB's success.
