RMB is the investment banking arm of the FirstRand Group, one of the largest financial services groups listed on the JSE Limited.

RMB is a division of the FirstRand Group’s banking arm, FirstRand Bank Limited. The FirstRand group is controlled by RMB Holdings, another JSE-listed financial services holding company.
