Update --- Rand Merchant Bank BER Business Confidence Index

Business confidence edged up slightly in the first quarter but it is still weak the Rand Merchant Bank BER Business Confidence Index increased slightly by two points from 38 points in the last quarter of last year to 40 points in the first quarter.
